GoKarao reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
GoKarao is an AI-powered platform that provides vocal separation and karaoke creation services. The service allows users to upload audio files or provide URLs to music tracks. GoKarao utilizes advanced artificial intelligence technology to separate vocal tracks from instrumental accompaniment and provides synchronized lyrics for the processed tracks. The quality and accuracy of the service depend on various factors including the source material, audio quality, and the capabilities of the underlying technology.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary legal rights and permissions to process any music or audio content through GoKarao. This includes having obtained proper authorization from copyright holders, rights holders, and all relevant parties. You warrant that the audio content you upload or provide does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party and that you have the legal authority to use such content in the manner described by this service. GoKarao is not responsible for any violations of intellectual property rights that may result from your use of the service.
You retain all ownership rights to your original content that you upload to GoKarao. GoKarao does not claim any ownership of files that you process through our service. However, you acknowledge and understand that the underlying musical compositions and recordings that you process remain the property of their respective copyright holders and rights holders. GoKarao merely provides a tool for separating vocals from instrumentals; we do not assume ownership of the music itself.
You agree not to use GoKarao for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. This includes but is not limited to engaging in illegal activities, abusing the platform's resources, reverse engineering or attempting to access the underlying technology without authorization, automated scraping or data harvesting, distributing viruses or malicious code, or otherwise violating the rights of other users. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the service.
If you create an account on GoKarao, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep this information updated as circumstances change. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
GoKarao offers both a free tier and paid plans. Pricing and available plans are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis and all payments are processed securely through PayPal. GoKarao does not collect or store your payment card details — all payment data is handled directly by PayPal.
Cancellation: You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your GoKarao Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge by contacting us at admin@gokarao.com. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not available if audio processing services have been used during the billing period. If approved, refunds are processed through PayPal and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Disputes and Chargebacks: If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at admin@gokarao.com before initiating a dispute with PayPal. We will work to resolve billing issues promptly. PayPal's standard dispute resolution process applies for any chargebacks or payment disputes. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is settled.
GoKarao provides the service on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the audio separation or lyrics provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoKarao shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, goodwill, or data. This limitation applies even if GoKarao has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
GoKarao may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any features thereof at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service. GoKarao is not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
GoKarao reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and your access to the service immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you lose the right to access the service, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
GoKarao may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of GoKarao following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
